Text Messaging is a very effective way to send and receive prayer requests. If you are in need of prayer, we would love to come alongside you in prayer by sending your request to the mobile phones of over 100 prayer intercessors who are part of our Greater Texting-Greater Calling team.
How does it work?
When you want to send a prayer request, just start your message with the keyword needprayer followed by your request and send the message to the number 59769. Your message will be forwarded to all those who are part of the Greater Texting prayer team.
To encourage our prayer team, please follow-up when prayers are answered by letting us know via text message. Just send a message that begins with the keyword praise and your message to 59769 and we will forward it along to the prayer team.
How can I join the Greater Texting Prayer Team?
If you are an intercessor and would like to receive prayer requests on your mobile device, simply send a text message to 59769 that starts with the keyword ipray followed by your name and email address. We will add you to our list of intercessors.
Please note there is no charge for this service, but data and messaging rates may apply if you do not have an unlimited text messaging package with your mobile carrier.
